This is a bad experience which most people experience.
Well I'm working in Bangalore and I approached to a 2 wheeler showroom to buy a scooter.
But the response has been annoying with regard to the RTO procedures.
When will vendors and sellers learn to provide comfort for the customers who actually provide the vendors their bread everyday.
HUH!
